Hotel Residence La Contessina

The property is well located. It is literally near all the landmarks of Florence. Very near the Leather Market, Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, restaurants, train station, etc. Everything is within walking distance. We booked the loft-style apartment. The size of the apartment is good enough for a family of five. My family and I like the property. It has a courtyard where you can hang out. The staff are helpful and friendly. They respond to your inquiries promptly. We are very happy with our stay in this property. We will definitely stay here again the next time visit Florence. We will also recommend this property to our family and friends.

Nice Staff Very Helpfull good Location

Great location and room! Location was very close to Firenze SMN Train Station (a 5 minute walk at most). Tons of great restaurants, gelato, and shopping. Room was off a courtyard and had 2 floors, with just the bedroom upstairs and a bathroom, entry hall, kitchen, and living room downstairs. A/C kept the room cool, bed was comfy. Were great about asking if you wanted to store luggage there before leaving (after checkout) and volunteered where the bathroom was when you came back to get it. Super friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed more than one night.

good sized appartment nice breakfast

The room is big enough and clean. Breakfast is great. Location is also super convenient. Lots of choices of restaurants and there are street vendors in a market nearby. The stuff they are selling are super cheap and nice. This is managed like a hotel. There is front desk people working from 9am to 9pm I think. Also the room will be cleaned everyday.
